Bought a gaming PC from here for my son. This experience was by far the best. I'm not familiar with things like this and Jammer was very helpful. He took the time to explain to me what the different components did and which to buy but wouldn't break my pockets as this is my son's first gaming PC. After doing some due diligence on my part we came back to see Jammer and he built a custom one from scratch. We went online, orderd the parts and he stayed within my budget. My expectations were surpassed and I am thankful I came across Jammer and his team. Definitely gained a customer for life. I will be coming back when my son is ready to upgrade. Thank you Jammer! You definitely delivered!

I brought in a disassembled 3090 GPU. If you haven’t heard, the NVIDIA 30-series has a minor issue with the stock thermal pads, and I had tried to replace them myself and quickly found myself overwhelmed. Colorado Springs Computer Repair were extremely professional and friendly, and were kind enough to help out when I brought it in, and got the job done and fixed my issue. Will absolutely be a repeat customer next time I have PC issues (hopefully not for a while!). Thanks very much yall!

Highly recommended. After the free diagnosis I was told what components needed replacing. Once I had assembled all the parts myself brought them over. Despite my laptop fighting them for 2 days they stuck with the job and kept to their original quote, which was amazing given all the extra work required.
Laptop now is a completely different beast. Never thought I could get that kind of performance out of it.

My MacBook Air suddenly wouldn’t power on and wouldn’t hold a charge. Colorado Springs Computer Repair was the only repair store open and they fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. High quality computer repair. I'm surprised I never knew about this place but they were able to fix my grandmas old emachine pc. That thing is really old and they were honest with me about its value. I decided to just get it fixed as she is already used to it and I frankly don't want to setup a new one.

Great work from Jammer and Jethro! I brought my complicated and hard to work on small form factor PC in for repair. Something another shop declined to work on when I called. They were able to diagnose and fix my issues in a few hours. Definitely coming back if I need help again.

Honest people :) My laptop would't charge so I took it into their repair shot. They tested it and figured out the charger was just bad. They sent me down the street to buy a charger and didn't charge me a thing! They could have ripped me off with a fake repair but they didn't try.

Awesome repair shop. The staff are very nice. I needed to replace my dell laptop battery but couldn't get one screw loose. They had it done for me in less than 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me. I will definitely be using them in the future for any computer stuff.

Came in to the store, diagnosed my problem as something super easily fixable and didn't charge me for it. It was a mechanical issue with one of my keys on my laptop. Even showed me how to fix it. Honest people and honest work.

Super nice guy, Jammer i think his name is. My HP laptop wouldn't turn on. He took the battery out and put it back in and the computer came on. He didn't charge me anything. I will definitely return for my cell phone/computer repair needs.

Went in there today with my MSI laptop. I broke my very thin S key recently and thought the self repair would be fairly easy. Little ole me forgot I have hand tremors that don't make anything easy, but after watching videos I tried to do it alone anyways. After breaking a few plastic bits, I got nervous I'd mess up the tiny metal prongs that the keys attached to and called up Colorado Springs Computer Repair. I let them know the situation, that I had a whole keyboard if needed, but that I really only needed the S key replaced if everything remained unbroken. They said they'd take a look, so I headed down.
When I got there they took care of me right away. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he had long brown hair. He checked out my pc and realized everything was in tact, but just the plastic pieces were broken. He said they normally do entire keyboard replacements due to how easily the pieces can break, but if I was okay with sacrificing a few on my spare keyboard, he'd give it a go. He completed the repair quickly, and saved me from potentially breaking quite a few things on my own.
They didn't end up charging me for the repair, even though I'm sure it was tedious, but I'm very grateful and plan to come back to hopefully get my battery replaced in the future. Thank you for your assistance gentlemen!

I brought my laptop in because I was having charging issues. These guys diagnosed the issue as a manufacturing defect, and gave me valuable info to get it replaced by the manufacturer. The folks are friendly, honest, and prompt. Highly recommend.
